Admission for Tertiary

General Admission Policies

Applications for admission as freshmen, transferees, returnees, cross-enrollees or special students are filed with the Registrar’s Office.

Students must meet the specific admission requirements of the course they intend to enroll in.

All freshmen and transferees must take and pass the entrance examination to be conducted by the College Guidance Office and pass the admission interview to be conducted by a College Administrator/Official or his/her designated representative.

Freshmen who did not enroll the year immediately after graduating from high school shall be required to submit a certificate from the high school principal or the registrar that his form 138 has not been issued to any school.

Admission of New Students. New students admitted shall submit the following documents prior to enrollment:

  • Original Copy of Form 138 from the originating school;
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from either the Principal’s office, the Guidance office or the Registrar’s office of the originating school;
  • Photocopies of Birth and Baptismal Certificates;
  • ACR, for foreign students; and
  • Four (4) 1×1 I.D. pictures

Admission of Transferees. Transferees admitted shall submit the following documents prior to enrollment:

  • Original Copy of Transcript of Records;
  • Copy of the subject descriptions of subjects already taken and passed;
  • Honorable Dismissal and Clean Discipline Record;
  • Certificate of Good Moral Character from either the Dean’s office, Guidance office or Registrar’s office of the originating school;
  • Photocopies of Birth and Baptismal Certificates; and
  • Four (4) 1×1 I.D. pictures
  • Admission of Returnees (Balik-Siena). Returnees may be re-admitted to their previous program of studies provided that:
